Joe's Restaurant in Venice, California is justifiably renowned: witness its 2009 one-star listing in the
prestigious Michelin food and beverage guide. Now celebrating his restaurant's 19th year of
serving farm-fresh food in creative entrées to his clientele, Chef/Owner Joseph Miller recently hosted
a unique event -- a tasting of fine bottled mineral waters -- called by connoisseurs “the new
wines”-- from around the globe.

Seen here with Chef Miller is Leon Siwek , Principal of World-Wide-Waters (I) importers and
purveyors of high-end imported bottled mineral waters. Siwek provided selected brands from more
than 16 countries represented in the World-Wide-Waters portfolio for the event.
