Costa Mesa , California's newest addition to the “fresh” approach in dining, has opened its doors in the South Coast Plaza at Bristol Street off the 405. We predict this Florida - based operation will be wildly popular, especially with those counting calories but seeking good taste. Based on our personal experience at the pre-opening media function, Seasons 52, with a unique approach to menu, wine selection and attentive service, is designed to meet the highest industry standard. The new fresh grill offers a seasonally-inspired menu of progressive American cooking. Staff members displayed two flatbread appetizers for our viewing. Deliciously prepared Garlic Chicken Flatbread and Ripe Plum Tomato Flatbread. World-Wide-Waters provided the distinctive taste of Italy 's Lauretana Pininfarina bottled mineral waters as a recommended choice of beverage to accompany the equally unique taste of those flatbreads…which we must admit, we consumed immediately after the event.
